    How about instead of just upgrading the servers specifically for Ixion, they make him pop in more than just one area.

    This doesn't solve anything. You'll just make the new zones Ixion can spawn in being too congested.

    NOW: The Lochs gets congested.

    It helped with Odin.
    The players will be spread out around 3 or 4 zones to find it during the weather change, before the right zone and location show up in the chat.
