I like how they toned Magnai down from his Genghis khan prototype for obvious reasons. He still does a frighteningly good impersonation at times.

Q21. Do you have plans to implement quests where Magnai will find his moon?
A21. I was thinking it was Sadu. On the internet, some were saying it may be Cirina, or it may be the Warrior of Light. There may be a quest for Magnai and Sadu. Only the Dawn Father knows.

It's a Yiddish word that means a gossip or a busybody. It's often mistranslated--as I did--as "matchmaker".

Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with interracial relationships. My Xaela WoL has had a thing for Thancred, Aymeric, Estinien, and of course Haurchfant. But it makes sense that they're not accepted on Hydaelyn, when the physical differences between races are so pronounced.

Well after thinking about it a bit, if he does not want my WoL then he and Sadu deserve each other. They would annoy each other all day long and if Sadu has a bad day she would just burn his throne down. Could be one interesting romance.
Cirina should not be punished with such a man, she deserves someone better..like Hien. (Yes I ship them.) At least they would treat each other as equals.

Based on general player base preference and how Roe are treated in EU/JP, this is where I get my reasoning. Roe are huggable handsome giants but not animu cute. Make him into a person your average cat girl would shirk at and very few care.

According to one of the other Dotharl, Sadu's previous three past lives were all dudes.

If only he could come back as a boy proper without it being creepy for the two. Sadu's "death" would be a good breaking point for Maggie's character.

While his looks might be the reason he's getting so much attention, I can say I was amused by the way that the big, arrogant jerk was given a soft spot like this. As terrible a person as he is, he's lonely and insecure (which probably contributes considerably to his arrogant jerkishness).

I, personally, support the Sadu pairing because she would NOT put up with his arrogance, not for a second. I'd like to see him see his moon in her and come to the realization that commanding her to be his bride in the name of the Dawn Father probably isn't going to cut it.

In short, Sadu is the bride he deserves, not the one he would want. XD
