I am not in favor of instanced plots. I think people who want a house in this thread either don't have the time to play, which can be legitimate (work, school, etc.) or do have the time but aren't putting in the work to find a house.

I have a house. This is false. Most people who want houses have the gil. There are no plots available. You can't just say "well they can buy off a reseller" because 1.) it's against the TOS so we shouldn't be supporting that and 2.) even then, there might be nobody selling.

The neighborhoods are dead there's no reason to keep them around because they look nice.
