No, because Goring on 3 is still 356 and TE is still 330, so GB will always trump TE on 1-2-3 enemies. FoF up or not doesn't impact potency, only the number you see over the monster's head.I guess my question centers around:
If you factor in Sword oath does it make more sense for the duration of an FOF to TE on 3 adds instead of GB.
Does the max crit damage of 3x FE x however many TE's you can fit into the full FOF out damage the max damage of Goring?
With no FOF up on 3 then Goring on all 3?
