    GB combo reaches its peak on 3 enemies with a full ticking DoT of ~356 potency per GCD.
    WoH combo has ~213 potency per GCD.
    RA combo has ~253 potency per GCD.
    TE has 110 potency per GCD on every enemy in reach.

    TE surpasses Woh and RA combo at 3 enemies in reach and GB combo at 4 enemies.
    In my experience you need the same amount of Flash on a mob group comparing TE with any of the other combos except WoH. If you have to much enmity stay in shield oath.
    If my math is broken or incorrect please correct me.
