Flying Falcon Campaign - Confirming Eligibility

It's been almost 2 weeks since the campaign's launch.

When will we be able to confirm eligibility as the page describes?

I understood it not being available immediately as it warned so, but why can't we now? Are we supposed to be waiting for the first wave of mounts to be sent out before knowing we are eligible, defeating the purpose of being able to confirm eligibility?

Not only that...but I contacted Support regarding it to confirm how the eligibility works...and got a non-answer.

The below is in response to if someone in a similar situation as myself(buy 180 days sub at a time, my last payment was in April - by my calculations it won't be up until Oct):

Please note the Flight of the Falcon Campaign started on July 1, 2017 and ends on September 30, 2017. Game time purchased outside of the campaign period may not meet the requirements for the Campaign. If you have remaining subscription time that was purchased before the campaign period, or you have an active recurring subscription, we will calculate any remaining game time available as of Saturday, July 1, towards the campaign.

The requirements for the campaign is the registration of Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood and the purchase of a subscription of at least 90 days during the campaign. We apologize for any confusion. You must not be used to SE vague statements, if you looking for a pinned down answer you not going to get one from SE.

Allow me. Considering I answered another thread with this very question. Everything is explained in the event's page. Also keep in mind, please do not take every word there completely literally. What all of this says, is that if you fulfill both requirements: (Stormblood registered during the event, at least 90 days of play time.) Then the earliest you will receive the Falcon is on September 5th.

Exhibit the First: This shows the days of distribution.


Exhibit the Second: This shows that, if you have 90 days of subscription time and have pre-ordered or registered Stormblood by July 1st, you are eligible. (You are also eligible if you have a recurring subscription starting at the earliest of the month of June.



PS: I realize this is more speaking of confirming eligibility. Yes, basically, the day of the first wave of distribution is how you know you're eligible. But it is also easy to know you're eligible or not, because there are only two requirements; as I listed above. Stormblood requirement is easy. But the 90 days?

If you have like, say, 800 days before the campaign starts, that counts as long as you are under a recurring sub, or as said earlier, the recurring sub starts at the earliest of June. As the page says, even if you buy the chunk of 90 days from Mogstation on Sep 30, it still counts as long as you buy 90 days of gametime during the campaign.

I know that we won't receive it yet. And I know that the earliest we get it is September 5th. It literally says that on the page.

I'm asking when we can confirm the -eligibility- as it says. I'm assuming this means we aren't supposed to wait until September 5th to find out we confirm eligibility. Obviously, we also aren't waiting the 90-days either. I am not asking if I am eligible because I know what the requirements are. I am asking when I can do the thing the page says we are supposed to be able to do which is >How to Confirm Eligibility"

if you have a recurring sub you're going to get it no matter what. It just depends on when your resub window falls. i won't be getting mine until the october delivery date.
