Can we get some mini-event weekends?

Just make it a week long then.
On a side note, they already have plenty of stuff that makes you feel you "have" to log on. Weekly tomestone cap, weekly loot from 8 man raid, weekly loot from 24 man raid, gathering and crafting tomestones, wondrous tails,... I could go on for a while, but you get the point

But this would be considered events and once you advertise it as that people look at it differently than just logging in on normal days.
