    There is no reason why BLM shouldn't be top DPS when standing still. Freaking SAM beats us in dummy fights too! There is no reason why a BLM that can minimize downtime shouldn't be on the top of the DPS. Thats why I said we needed potency increases across the board. We need to catch up and the only way to catch up is to hit even harder.

    Couldn't agree more. The turret caster should be the best in the game at blowing things up when it is able to stand still, by a wide margin. Mechanics hurt BLM efficiency way, way more than SAM.
