This job has much bigger problems than how bane works.
the Dps is fine until your DoT's have fallen off the mobs and can't Bane again until after you go into DWT, and thats if Aetherflow is off cooldown. How about when your running into another mob with 3 Stacks of Aethertrail, so now you can't bane and at this point your only Aoe would only be Deathflare. Bane has already been nerfed into the ground. If anything it will make the DoTs more consistent in fights kinda like how Rdm and Blm can keep up a consist aoe against mobs at all times. Outside of annoyance of Bane, Death & Demi-Bahamut programming seems to be the jobs only other problems besides that the job is fine.
