    Everyone uses their DPS cd's together. You're not catering- it's team play.

    Most DPS are popping their raid wide buffs at the same time it's optimal for them for the opener, and every DPS is usually at their optimal point as well, if they are playing correctly. Through out most fights, most raid wide buffs are being popped during points where you yourself can make most of it, and that is also typically when everyone else can make the most of it, too. It happens through natural play.

    If other people mismanage their resources, and aren't ready, that's their own fault.
