RDM is not a support. If you're going to compare it to anything, it'll be BLM. Lilies are fine, the CD reduction of 20% at max is great, any higher and it may be just too OP. DRK and WAR definitely need buffs to their CDs.I would say rdm needs a slight reduction to dps as it seemingly outstrips its fellow supports MCH , and BRD. They need to adjust the lilly mechanics for whm they seem a bit off in terms of dependability. DRK and WAR need some tweaking to their mitigation. That is all i really see at the moment but nothing is stifling or obnoxious save maybe the WHM lillys.
♥ Baby, tell me, what's your motive? ♥
The only issue I have with WAR is the stance swapping just feels... sluggish. Losing half my beast gauge when I swap just feels like I'm being punished for using the Jobs kit. I thought losing the HP and healing buff to gain damage and crit and vice versa WAS the tradeoff, but now I have to contend with losing resources as well. Removing the beast gauge halving would fix any issues I personally have with the job in it's current state.
I'm really, really missing flash on Warrior. Running through mobs in a dungeon for a big pull, having to either a) stop and do overpower, confusing the dps, ground dots are put down or b) relying on a singular tomahawk and watching the rest of the mobs run to the healers. Why is Infuriate only available out of combat? We can't even prime a steel cyclone :<The only issue I have with WAR is the stance swapping just feels... sluggish. Nerf nothing. Buff other classes to be on par with those currently excelling.
Dragoon... Really needs some help making LotD faster to get into and maybe some potency buffs.
The infuriate issue is a bit annoying, but it's really only a problem on the first pull. After that I generally ensure I have at least 50-70 on the gauge at the end of each fight to make sure I'm ready for the next pull.I'm really, really missing flash on Warrior. Dark Knight has been simplified to the point it is dull and boring. It no longer feels rewarding, we're just flat out underpowered as well. We have nothing as a strength for our tanking that Paladin for example doesn't have and we're certainly lacking things that Paladin has.
No. There are nerfs that need to happen. The question is if SE can do it without nerfing the job into Oblivion like they did with SCH. I always said SCH needed some adjustments, not completely gut the job.
It's not an immediate concern, but DRK really needs to be fixed. They gutted the job and left us hollow inside. Took nearly all our signature abilities and either removed them or added them as role abilities and nerfed them into near-uselessness.
In particular: Low Blow, Reprisal, Dark Dance.
It's fine if they keep those skills on the tank role list, but either return their functionality to DRKs or buff the role-list versions back to what they were.
