There's no content in the game that melts your health so fast that you can't even get a Clemency off, even in full strength, outside of the ridiculous super-pulls you can do in some of the leveling dungeons.

Never, I main tanks so I don't have to see awful DF ones. I usually don't do single-group pulls either.
