It isn't for the most part. Your comment is sneaky at best and a lie at worst. With the 50% buff, potd beats out pvp until 69. That's going to be true for a majority of the playerbase as you only need to get one character leveled to receive the 50% buff post-60 for the rest of your jobs. The msq and duty roulette are going to get at least one of your characters to 70 with very little extra grinding involved.

I just ran Frontline as a lvl 69 warrior and received 600K experience points for 3rd place. And I just ran POTD as a lvl 69 warrior and received 388K experience. Why? Because after lvl 60, your XP is capped at 388K experience for POTD. Every POTD I've ran on my warrior after lvl 60 has been 388K experience.

I'm pretty sure POTD gives more xp with the armoury bonus. Is Warrior your highest level job? If so, that's why.

That is called ignorance or your purposefully lying to me. I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that you're just ignorant and don't know the 50% boost exists because you're new and have never leveled up another job.
