PVP xp nerf

I did a quick test and it looks like 1st place gives the old xp value and 2nd and 3rd place were nerfed pretty hard.

POTD at level 60 gives 583,200 xp with the 50% buff.
FL with second place gives 418,500 xp at level 60. I can only assume 3rd place xp is beyond awful.

This makes POTD the best leveling spot for the majority of the player base. This could pretty easily kill pvp queues again. It's a really dumb decision imo.

Can't wait for 10-15 min que for pvp soon once people start seeing the xp nerf hit. This really hurts the real pvpers then the afkers lol

This only makes the afk problem worse. Afkers will still be there because it was never about how much xp you got it was that you could get it for zero effort by afking. This is still true its just less efficient. And now people on teams who have a bunch of afkers are punished even more.

I am now going to be guilty of it.......cause, i was just on a team, where i actually snuck over at start of match, and capped an enemy base, drawing whole team back, both other teams had 800 points to our 200!!!....so I will apologize in advance fi i end up on yoruuteam.....IDGAF! SOrry SE just wants to DRAG out our subscriptions, but how about giving us quality NEW stuff, not recycling the same mobs and gear, just recoloring them, and add some BEEF to the game.

AT level 62

If PotD is giving the same amount of exp at lvl 62 and 60 (both your post, and an earlier post mention 583k), then it's safe to assume that it stops scaling with lvl after 60.

If the exp reward from a frontline loss increases linearly, at 20,250 per level (418,5k at 60, 459k at 62), that'd mean it won't surpass PotD exp until lvl 69.

This is an absolutely horrible idea and change. If anything they should have just increased exp gain for a win and not reduced the losing sides. Or added an auto kick function after a certain amount of time for people not doing damage/healing to players/ice.

Still debatable that people will automatically choose doing POTD and paying some attention for 583k, or take the hit and pay very little in frontlines.
