You can do the Mosshorn fight where a single player tanks Mosshorn and all the adds at once. I haven't done it since the patch because lolmossarmor, but I suspect it would be even easier to do now.

Honestly, I don't think we've ever done it any other way; we pull the group back to a wall with a dip in it so at least the tank doesn't see himself flying all over the place; circle up, keep buffed, lay down a DoT-Net and have DD focus on whatever is alive that has the lowest HP at the moment.
Even then, keeping the tank healed is hysterical because he does not ever stop flying up the mountain like a GLA-Yo-Yo; though sometimes it'll stick and claim he's "too far away" to be healed despite his screen showing him right next to me.
Stupid reason to have someone die.

While the knock-back sucks, what really annoys me is when you get multiple knock-backs like you describe and they knock you so far away that the mobs reset and go back to their original location. While not much of an issue with a leve mob, with regular mobs, it opens the mob up for someone else to claim and finish off.

Or with the current link system you get knocked into a group of mobs and aggro several who link with several more so suddenly you are fighting 9 mobs at once... I got knocked back beyond the boundary of where we're allowed to walk all the time.
I got knocked back up into a cliff face.
I got knocked back off the cliff, down into the black oblivion under Nanawa Mines.
When that happened, though it seems to be just graphic error, the game didn't acknowledge I was already in a corner, or against the wall. The distance still counts, and thus my mage couldn't cure me.
I think this also needs a fix.

I d prefer knock back as character being kock back and fall down and not knock back as push back
It is annoying yes, but an interesting and unique game mechanic that involves positioning. You can incap the goats to make them knock you back less, but that's more trouble than it's worth.
I would like to see the following:
Make horn incapacitation easier to do.
Allow me other ways to stop getting knockback besides standing in front of a wall. Like some kind of super steadfast ability or whatever.
Give me a move that has knockback properties too, so I can do that annoying move to them, too.
got to agree, if monsters didnt have unique moves they would all be the same, However this made more sense when different mobs gave different exp (nannygoats used to give more exp than some other monsters)
and shockspikes is a lot worse with AA, before you could choose not to attack, but now, if you want to do any ability you need your ability bar open, which means you will be AAing. you basically have to turn around or run away, but some things will make you face the monster anyhow.
Scouring strike is useful, but its on a long cooldown, and i think its one of the few skills like that, maybe purge, not to sure bout what purge does.
long story short, while some skills are annoying, different monsters should have different tricks, but like renta says, it would be good if there were more ways to deal with or eliminate said tricks

=======
torippi started a thread saying he had a situation where a mob in group of 3 used level 5 petrify and because previous effect gets overwritten with the new one, on top of all 3 mobs using the action repeatedly he ended up dying without being able to do anything. Reps response to this one:
Original thread link: http://goo.gl/nAd3f
Other thread talked about how the black sheep puts you to sleep, or mole always going underground, etc..皆さん、こんばんは。
Good evening everyone,
With current set up, as mentioned level 5 petrify will always succeed on top of that it will erase previous effect; for this one we are planning to adjust such as frequency the monster uses the skill and adjust the monster action logic.
また「こちら」でご報告いただいたアクションや、
その他のモンスターが使うアクションについても、
フィードバックを受けながら、調整を行っていきますので、
引き続きフィードバックをお願いします。
Also for the actions, or other monster actions which was mentioned in the other thread will also be adjusted as we receive feedbacks, so please continue giving feedbacks. Thanks,

noone mentioning that poison flytraps got like, the worst freaking leve mobs ever XD?
party of 3, throwing you back, putting gravity on you, shoot you, and repeat that untill you're dead lol.
while i can live with knockback or karkual sleep, those flytraps got worse to defeat then anything else D:

yeah imo they are way imbalanced for what they are, its funny because before their exp was normal, but they are some of the worst monsters in the game, maybe just a melee issue though, maybe mages and archers laugh em up
