Not sure about now, but back when floor 200 was new I'm pretty sure we don't get the option to start off from floor 101, which kind of leads to some of the complaints back then. Maybe I'll give it another shot sometime later.

Floor 1- 100 PotD reward from sacks pretty common or sold on board.

If you don't fee l like running Palace then I'm sure it will become cheap on the market board in a few weeks, much like the wind up minion.

Aren't silver from 51-100, and gold from 101-whatever(I have never done 101+ so not sure myself).

1-50: Bronze-Trimmed Sacks
51-100: Iron-Trimmed Sacks
101-150: Silver-Trimmed Sacks
151-200: Gold-Trimmed Sacks

No; fixed parties still have to clear 51-100 with no party KOs to proceed to 101+.

Maybe not, I can't imagine a huge amount of players running 101-150 even for leveling of their alt, since spamming 51-60 is the highest efficiency method. Also, the Edda minion can drop from all 4 groups of sacks if I recall correctly.
