This is great, thanks!https://ermad.github.io/ffxiv-craft-opt-web/app/
It's still a work in progress, but hope you find it useful.
You don't need 516CP if your craftsmanship is high enough. I have 1311 craft and 496 CP (you need 495) with baked onion soup and I just use 3x CS2 and 1x CS3. Melding +1 and +2CP in a few of the gear pieces just seemed dumb to me.
Scaling on progress seems to be off a bit through the lower levels. In game at weaver 65 I'm getting 340 progress per step with careful synth 2 on ruby cloth with 981 craftsmanship.
With 981 craftsmanship on your simulator I'm getting 355 progress. If i drop my level down to 64 I get 339 on the simulator. Which seems more correct if the game is rounding up. Not sure if this optimizer is only really meant for level 70 crafts, but accuracy through the leveling curve would be helpful.
Just figured I'd mention it.
EDIT actually can confirm it seems offset by one level exactly. I got 66 with the same craftsmanship in game and am now getting the 355 the simulator shows for 65.

As I said I just updated it to add the new recipes and actions, I didn't do any changes on top of that. I know the simulator is close but not exact as it used to be. If someone wants to investigate it and find out whats incorrect I can implement it, but I don't have time to investigate it myself atm.Scaling on progress seems to be off a bit through the lower levels. So you just use CP melds?
This is a great rotation.
Personally I would tweak it slightly, to use only CP V's on the melds where it is more beneficial and not bother with the odd 1's and 2's CP to max it out.
So these melds: http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/115T7
using baked onion soup HQ to get an extra 48CP,
and this tweaked rotation uses two careful synthesis II's at the end instead of III's:

That I was not aware of - so that would mean I need a progress of at least around 3386 using the simulator.
Do you know if quality is inaccurate also, or is it just progress?
If quality is accurate - then using the same melds and food you could go for this rotation, whilst getting above the progress needed.
Otherwise, melding the extra CP is the only real alternative using Ermad's original rotation .

A couple tweaks for your simulator:https://ermad.github.io/ffxiv-craft-opt-web/app/
It's still a work in progress, but hope you find it useful.
-Initial Preparations requires a wait of 3 seconds
-You don't need to add "<me>" any more, they patched that out a couple years ago
-I think Manipulation II requires a 3 second wait, but not positive
Specialist version of your macro, that only requires 510 CP:
Code:/ac "Initial Preparations" <wait.3> /ac "Comfort Zone" <wait.2> /ac "Inner Quiet" <wait.2> /ac "Steady Hand II" <wait.2> /ac "Prudent Touch" <wait.3> /ac "Prudent Touch" <wait.3> /ac "Prudent Touch" <wait.3> /ac "Prudent Touch" <wait.3> /ac "Prudent Touch" <wait.3> /ac "Manipulation II" <wait.3> /ac "Steady Hand II" <wait.2> /ac "Prudent Touch" <wait.3> /ac "Prudent Touch" <wait.3> /ac "Prudent Touch" <wait.3> /ac "Prudent Touch" <wait.3>Code:/ac "Piece by Piece" <wait.3> /ac "Specialty: Refurbish" <wait.3> /ac "Steady Hand" <wait.2> /ac "Piece by Piece" <wait.3> /ac "Great Strides" <wait.2> /ac "Innovation" <wait.2> /ac "Ingenuity II" <wait.2> /ac "Byregot's Blessing" <wait.3> /ac "Careful Synthesis III" <wait.3> /ac "Careful Synthesis III" <wait.3> /ac "Careful Synthesis III" <wait.3> /ac "Careful Synthesis III" <wait.3>
