Just a quick reminder to everyone here, be EXTREMELY careful around here.
There are people who aren't who they seem. Take hints and/or red flags from the persons!
Read their descriptions and if they seem off, don't be afraid to block/delete them. Some people
have ulterior motives. I've seen people on here who have met people and were married irl
and began asking personal stuff and pics and such or just creepy.
If you don't wanna go beyond just a "friend" make sure you say so.

Nope. Most people are using this as an actual dating service. If people really were only looking for a friend to play the game with, there would be no gender restrictions (not even preferences, it's basically "has to be X" because obviously sexual preference is being taken in account here, which wouldn't be the case if it were a harmless friend search), weirdo stalkers, people trying to hide their marriages, etc. A lot of responses are usually looking for a means to connect with personally, up to and including meeting in person and engaging in actual relationships.

There also seems to be an abundance of people searching for same gender partners as well. If it were really just a thread to innocently find friends, you would not see all this behavior happening. So warning others of scammers and people who are already married in person is a legitimate concern for most who are searching here because this is not really an innocent "I want a friend to frolic with" thread.

To add to this, most people never like if someone is already in a relationship IRL. Why would that be?

Or maybe it's natturaly to look for someone of the other gender for a relationship( private or friendly depend of each) when we already have friends in our FC .

Sometime i like to be alone of my FC and in this case having someone out of it to share those moment is interesting and sweet
