You do realize that not every tier is designed to cater specifically to one job to every finite detail, right? Like how Scholars might get moody because the healer tier may not have crit chance or Monks complaining about Striking tier having too much skill speed? Just feel like that needs to be thrown out there.

No one job will ever have perfect stat optimization on a full raid set. It's almost like it's the devs way of telling us not to worry about ludicrously finite hardcore details and just enjoy the game.
