Except asking people to get in the portal when they are just standing there refusing to progress and nothing doing anything else other than chatting is not really rushing someone. Honestly, those two people in PotD deserve to be reported and I hope OP reported them; it's one thing to hunt for chests, but literally standing around and refusing to progress is just griefing.
Using party finder and getting people together that all understand were doing speed runs is a better option. Using DF to think youll get paired up with the same players who share that mentality is a gamble.

That really doesn't mean anything to my statement at all. I am refuting the statement thar DF is designed for casuals. It is what the community makes of it. The English community made it for casuals while the Japanese community uses it to clear things in a "get down to business" manner.

Also does not change the fact that actively and purposely preventing progression in an instance is griefing.
