Well good job on increasing boodspiller that's about the only real change we got but there needs to be more sweeping changing in drks mitigation kit. And War, are you serious? It's the only tank with zero raid utility it needs to do way more damage to make up for that. Also war has an infinate pool of tp the HS change is unneeded and irrelevant.
