Report them and let them know you reported them that usually scares them off.

For the POTD, with those two it is understandable. For the DC one, I agree with the tank for waiting 5 more minutes. The last dungeon I was in both the tank and I d/ced. I got back first, but the tank never came back. In the end, our group decided to vote abandon due to the nature of the DDOS attack. You should have done the same, and you wouldn't have gotten the penalty.
:/ you're not being punished.. if you want to rush then make a PF. You shouldn't be punishing THEM for wanting to rush. :/ Your gameplay isn't more important then theirs. If both of them wanted to not speedrun then youi and your friend should've just left and duoed it OR made a PF. Yeah it sucks but you qued so you have to deal with that.

I dunno if you missed it, but he said in a follow-up post after the OP that they were just standing outside of the circle chatting. That's not trying to rush people, that's just trying to progress and those 2 sprouts deserved to be kicked and reported for griefing.:/ you're not being punished.. if you want to rush then make a PF. And why is it always the "speedrunners" that should make a PF? Proceeding quickly is normal procedure no matter what the content is. If anything, the "I want to look at the rocks grow" people should be making party finder groups.
yeah I missed that follow up, and why is it always speedrunners? Because atleast with everyone one I've seen, they complain that the party at large doesn't want to speedrun with them. And it's mostly 3 against 1 OR 2 on 2. I've never seen it where it's 3 speeders against 1 cause most of the time they just kick that one. So yes, if you want to speedrun and DON'T want to get a chance of gettign grouped with nonspeeders then yes you need to PF. And same to the other side. It's a numbers game my friend.
If they were literally not doing anything but jawing then he's right. PotD is a timed instance you only have a limited amount of time per floor. If they wanted to chat they should have queued privately themselves. The OP sounds like he wasn't trying to force a speedrun, just to keep things moving.:/ you're not being punished.. if you want to rush then make a PF. That's fair. Every time I see people posting on here about "You should make a PF if you don't want XYZ" it's always directed at one side and not the other. Appreciate you saying it goes both ways.yeah I missed that follow up, and why is it always speedrunners? It depends with POTD. If they don't have any kinna weapons equipped, I take my time and get the silver chests for them because speed running when they clearly need the level is rude and wrong. If you want to speed run, then yes, I do agree form a PF for it. Expecting others to skip silver chests when they are needed should not be required for a DF POTD.I dunno if you missed it, but he said in a follow-up post after the OP that they were just standing outside of the circle chatting. Because PUG groups were created for casuals.
No, no it was not. It was created to make content doable. If you want to be a slowpoke and make 3/7 other people wait for you, you're being just as much of an asshole as the people who want to try and break world-records for no reason at all.
Like Hikuras said. It goes both ways and the majority rules.
