None of the mechanics are very hard , and even if a few people die this is extremely easy. I would have to suppose people are trying to waste LB on dps rather then letting healers hold it for recovering. You can win this even if everyone is only wearing their job quest gear you just have to play smart ,and learn the mechanics.
