    It is a minor dps loss to use TBN to get off a bloodspiller. The 2400 mp is better spent on dark arts giving 140 potency to one combo over spending the same mp to get a bloodspiller when in pure dps mode. The difference is minor and assumes the shield breaks. If it doesn't break, then it is a major dps loss since you are out the mp and the blood.

    Even better would be if bloodspiller was off the gcd. Then bloodspiller generated by any means would be a dps gain. And would mean we would prioritize shield usage whenever it was up. But it's not and they probably won't make that change.

    They'd probably make it weaker than Carve and Spit in that case.

    Yes, I am glad most get this but there seem to be some people that don't want this for whatever reason. Bloodspiller absolutely needs to be oGCD.
