This suggestion would effectively eliminate any incentive to do Frontline. Ever. Think carefully before you ask for changes you may regret.

In advance I LOVE THE PvP: to the point now.
I agree, we need to link experience to place. Maybe not as extreme as you are talking, but maybe 50% for last place. Same with tomes.
While I enjoy going nearly 10+ kills with 1 death or so every single match because people are utter trash at PvP, it does get a little old essentially taking candy from infants.
For everyone whining about their grand company...freelance like I do.

The % might be extreme. But in any case, rewarding winners and losers the SAME REWARDS defeats the purpose of a PVP match. There should be consequences for losing. In advance I LOVE THE PvP: to the point now.

This.
Look, MMO players are weird in that they do stuff for rewards, not just to have fun. You take away the rewards, enjoy your queue times.

No it wouldn't. It may effectively eliminate incentive for some players to do Frontline. But it wouldn't (as you wrongly suggest) eliminate ANY incentive. Think carefully before you make absolute statements.
Pretty much this. If you got less XP when you lose people simply wouldn't play. There's never a guarantee of victory, teams are random.

Also, people will bail the moment they think winning is not a possibility (even more "AFK" defenders!), not to mention the alliance chat salt!
