DPS Composition question for raiding

MNK:
- Blunt resistance down
- +5% Physical damage raidwide buff for 15 seconds every 90
- +20% Raid wide healing buff for 15 seconds every 120
- Stun
- Silence

Monks silence is so unreliable and hard to use I wouldn't bother listing it as utility. It technically exists but nobody is ever going to use it in serious content.
