    People with Tenacity parse over 3000 on Susano dummy with PLD.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SLMF12_fls4
    While people with DHIT 6s parse around 3000 as well (with more RNG needed tho since, unlike tenacity, dhit is a chance) on the same dummy.
