Is food effect still working???

I got delicious and tasty when I used hq foods, but i only tried it a few times with 2 foods.

Since patch 1.19 elemental stats changes significantly and no longer fit the digestion chart http://img198.imageshack.us/img198/9306/foodchart.png. So now you only use food based on your level?
