So,... who's sticking with RDM/SAM after the hype train passes?

I've seen so many people fail at playing red mage that I just lost all faith in anything. Seen too many people hardcasting raise or verthunder/aero instead of jolting then casting the long cast. It's explained to you in THREE different ways. Once when you unlock the job it tells you to look over everything, the Job NPC EXPLAINS it to you in a quest, and EVERYONE ELSE playing it is showing you.

I'm of the mindset that if people can't play what is easily the lowest skill-cap job in the game that they shouldn't even play. I'm normally not that type of person, but if you're failing at the easiest thing the game can offer you're just a lost cause to me.

Well its being dumbed down even more in the future supposedly, once things settle. So perhaps at that point they'll grasp the basics. Then again, if they could handle basic things I suppose we wouldn't be where we are now lol. So who knows. Off to a harder mmo again for me. I like this game but the patch pushed it a little too much into the simplistic for my tastes. The game is a mess pre 70. Which granted isn't end game but making it so tedious basically means 'skip potion (for the boredom) or gtfo. Just hope I can find one of those 'harder mmo's' that the white knights tell me there are 'loads of'. Havent found one yet.

Mythic level raiding in WoW is pretty demanding. So are very high level mythic keystone dungeons if you haven't given either of those a shot. Any lower content isn't hard, though.
