They need blaming-2 all server data shared. Same housing. When you log on you pick balmung 1 or 2
Kind of like what they did at the start of 3.x for some zones but server wide.

Chat works cross both balmungs and everytime you zone you get to pic server 1 or 2 or party leader picks if in different servers when party made.
