Can we actually get a statement from Yoshi-P regarding the state of congested worlds in the chaos datacentre? I mean, creating new worlds wont solve a thing, not a tiny bit about the instanced content. Do we always have to suffer for upcoming patches and expansions? So please, contact the Dev team/Yoshi-P and let them know. No need for giving apologies and excuses and what not. I want to see solutions. Take some actions, come on SE! I didnt pay for this expansion just to sit around and wait.

Nope still not working. First some 70+min in queue for the daily roulette before I took myself out of the queue. And then couldn't get into a private instance for my MSQ.

Oh please, your company has been apologising for the inconvenience since stormblood launched, you were apologising during the 1.0. 2.0 and 3.0 launches too. Maybe, just maybe, fix the congestion issues at the core of all these problems instead of coasting your way though each launch hoping that you can forestall our complaints long enough for the congestion to drop off naturally.

We pay Square-Enix to provide server capacity for us to play on, and right now your capacity doesn't meet demand, it's Square-Enix's job to either fix that or admit they aren't providing us with the service we pay for.

Two days have past, still the same problems. It's becoming boring now

It worked perfectly fine all day yesterday.

Today it seems to be borked again though.

Cause they fixed it like 8 hours later? And as you can see, its broken again. Whatever that fix was, it was not a solution for the root of this problem.
