Maybe, just maybe, fix the congestion issues at the core of all these problems instead of coasting your way though each launch hoping that you can forestall our complaints long enough for the congestion to drop off naturally.

Not sure why they have launched Welcome Back campaign on SB release date. Like we didn't had enough players already, now we have even more and they don't even pay for it. Free trial up to lv35 adds to congestion too.
