one reason i just ended my sub you mean? WoW is nothing more than run heroics get gear raid wait for next patch run heroics get gear wait for next patch........... and it was al ran together on purpose just like WoW's life cycle so happy I'm done with that boring snoozfest game.

but on topic. I would really like to see some Key pieces of gear floating around, that lasted a long time ie o. kote, leaping boots, hairpin so on makes those items more epic when you get them. we have one item in game atm kinda like that the Penance Belt lvl 35 ... the only DD belt for a PGL or arch and the best DD belt period since belt materia is non DD.

like i said, you want leaping boots, you can make a
level 35+69 evasion boarskin crackows with tier II materia usabable by all jobs, and best in slot for a long time.

Its really up to you.

and at least that way you dont have level 50S standing around competing with brand new level 34 people in spam button fest to get an item they will likely sell

Maybe, I quit wow because i got bored of it too, but we are but 2 people in a massive ocean of people when it comes to WoW.

The fact remains that the majority of those millions are quite happy to do that stuff.

Obviously If you could show me 1 or 2 million people quitting and effecting the over all average playing I would probably have to agree with you.

We'll never see gear last like it did in FF11 unless the dev team plans to keep us at lvl 50 for the next 2-3 years.

Btw... not all U/U gear is worthless. Sipahi Turban / Gloves, Sentinel gear, Hex mask, etc.... all drop from Stronghold coffers and they are highly sought after.

Of course Sentinel gear is tradeable and can have materia added to it.
