    I received my physical CE for PS4 today, NA region. It came with one code which I redeemed on the PSN. It said the redemption was successful. However, my account on the Mog Station is not reflecting that I purchased the PS4 version nor is it reflecting that I have the CE. I confirmed that I was signed in under my own PSN user name which should be tied to only that Square Enix ID.

    My question is twofold: How long does it take the codes entered on PSN to be reflected on the Mog station? The only code I got was for the CE items - was there an additional code I should have received for the actual PS4 game license?

    I am playing fine on PC now so no terrible rush on this. Just.... would be nice to chill on the couch too.

    Have you logged into the game via PS4 since adding that code? (I know on initial game purchase, final setup between PSN and SE took place during the first login, but I'm not positive if the same is true of an expansion.)

    I did.

    I went back to the email confirmation I received and clicked on the button for the activation code there, but the code it gave me was.... NOT a Mog station code, nor was it a code that PSN would accept. (Too many digits.) Is there someplace else besides Mogstation or Playstation store that I am supposed to enter that code?\

    Edit: I tried logging out and logging in one more time and apparently this time it worked. (I was going to try restarting the PS4 next, haha.) I guess it really did have some lag time.

    Just an update from me; filled in the form last night before going to sleep, woke up to a new code in my mail this morning which worked. Thanks Lakukisu for getting it sorted!

    Still waiting on a new code here Know I'm being impatient but yeh know, don't really want to be locked out of content come the weekend. Seen a few people here saying they got theirs after emailing last night, I emailed yesterday afternoon and have yet to get anything back, kind of concerned.

    This is going to sound super rude, but I have to vent this out where hopefully MAYBE someone at S-E will and can finally do something.

    I ordered the CE of Stormblood (Physical, Ps4) the day it was available. My shipment, is STILL in the US, and the tracker shows is spent 3 days in Miami, with it maybe finally leaving today (fingers crossed). I'm in Canada. There's no way I'm getting this in a reasonable amount of time. why the hell would they ship them the DAY OF LAUNCH. Why did I pay 50$ for shipping that is worse than free shipping?

    My problem now, is that early access ends Friday and my only recourse is to either not play anymore and have all my FC friends blow past me and me playing catch up to run EX primal with them, or buy a digital CE so I can get the content. I obviously am incredibly not happy with the idea of spending 70$ because Square Enix Store is the most incompetent store I've ever used.

    I've sent an e-mail to only have one come back 3 days later with an automated "would this help you message" (No. OF COURSE NOT). I keep getting bumped up higher in chat queues (good thing you have a queue system which lets people jump ahead in line defeating the purpose of a queue! 30 minutes for an estimated 10 minute wait) and phone support has ridiculous hours for me as I work.

    So I'm going to check the tracking tomorrow and if it still shows within the US I'm going to have to bite the bullet and pay 70$ to get something I already own and should have.

    Congrats. I AM NEVER USING YOUR TERRIBLE STORE AGAIN. How about upping those early access login dates so that you can cover for their incompetence?

    I'm having the same issue as the person above me. Pre-ordered Stormblood's Physical CE (Windows) the moment it got up, paid in advance and my shipment is still in the US (and I'm in Canada).
    I had a bad experience when Heavensward came out and my CE got stuck in customs for several days after the early access ended and now it just seems that I won't get this one in time either, because the shipping service is taking forever and it took too long to get posted in first place.

    I don't want to spend the weekend without playing so I'd like to know what can be done if i don't get it till tomorrow (and i probably won't get since it's still nowhere close to my city).

    I too have the issue of having pre ordered the physical collectors edition. The link they sent me from se. Is to the usps website which states besides a pre notification of some form, there is no further tracking available. So i have no idea where it is. I too am uoset at oaying out the wazoo for 3-5 day shipping(the only option didnt have a free option) and no nit evening getting it on time. Id at the very least like to see something done with the end of early access for those that have been shafted by the horrid mailing service used.
