    What is the peak time for JP servers? When is the best time to make a character?

    At the moment I would say in the morning Japanese time. I usually login in the morning to check market board stuff and small stuff, usually it is instant login. For making a character I usually do it about the same time, afternoon or evening times the lock is usually in place by then.
