I saw some incredibly nasty, toxic messages in /say, complete with racial slurs and f-bombs against the dev team and everyone else next to Raubahn. I reported him and received a GM response less than an hour later that they had a lot of reports on him and would be taking action. Report public idiocy.

I don't like that there is no queueing though. Even if I saw a several hour queue, ok, fine, I could run around doing other things, and have something I could actually monitor for progress. But when I see other people in my FC/LS go "it's easy, just keep trying, I clicked for an hour and got through!!".. yeah, it's bothering me. I've done more than that with nothing at all to show, other than aggravating RSI issues in my hands. The areas and music so far are beautiful, and I can't wait to really dig into DoH/DoL content, and try out diving.. but nope, here I am hoping that I can get through before GC deliveries asks me for items I can't get on my own yet.

Well she said they told her they received a lot of reports about this person. They said nothing about what they were going to do, just that they were going to "take action". I've reported a few immensely toxic folks before during the old Crystal Tower raids, and the gm I spoke to back then also gave me the "We will take action" line.
