Legitimate question: How are we being compensated for the expansion atrocity?

We paid for early access. They may have delivered on the 'early' part, but not so much on the 'access'. So yes, we have legitimate cause to be upset.

If you go into a restaurant that's having a 'pre-opening sale' a few days before their grand opening, plop down money for (let's say) some fries & a coke, then never get the fries - do you just say 'it's pre-opening' & walk out without either getting your fries or getting some of your money back?
