Really? The vast majority of the playerbase not being able to get anywhere in the main story or into the new zones is the smoothest launch you've ever seen? On top of the totally normal and usual launch congestion issues, every game has those, but gamebreaking bugs are not "the smoothest launch ever". Can I have some of that koolaid?

98% of the content we paid for is locked due to bad design. SB may as well not even be out if we can't even do anything with it.

Sorry but this is inexcusable. It's not the server issues people are mad about (it's expected, we know this), its the lack of a dev response to an error of their own making, making no one able to play the game.
