Square enix is a business. They are not your friends. They are not my friends. I paid square enix for a service, I expect that service to be rendered. If there's an issue, I expect better communication than "lol try again later, sorry it's not working even at off peak times like 3am."

That defeats the entire purpose of customer feedback. Yes, some of it is completely overblown, but people absolutely have a right to be upset. We were advertised Early Access and it's looking more like we're beta testing their new servers. It's inexcusable to have a potential bottleneck so close into the MSQ and downright embarrassing we've now found out Sasano can perma-lock you from the game. For anyone unfortunate enough not to know beforehand, they now get no access period. I might be a little less miffed if their response was free game time or something for essentially forcing people to wait hours doing nothing or going back to old stuff, but they won't. I do not fault Yoshida for the most part. Square Enix dictates the budget and what's allotted. So I will certainly call BS on what is an awful look for the new expansion.
