Technically you didn't pay for early access. You paid for Stormblood which hasn't been released yet. SE didn't have to give anyone access to the expansion early. Bugs and issues like this are to be expected and by the end of early access I'm sure everything will be sorted out. The rest of the game seems to work fine which is what your current sub paid for.
Early Access really isn't bonus for pre-ordering, it's an incentive. There's a difference. And it still doesn't really count as Early Access if you can't actually access 98% of the expansion, does it?
