Is this quest also having problems on the low population preferred worlds too?

Yes. It's not a server issue it's a data center issue.

I try to get in this instance since yesterday shortly after release. No chance. Obviously SE doesn't care much at all. They only give us weak excuses why we can't and apologize. Sorry to say that but an apologie doesn't help us to enjoy the game. Sure we TOTALLY ENJOY to fate grind ourself to 70 in the first area, why not? That is the endgame right?

I've been trying since yesterday morning, a couple hours after launch, and still haven't gotten through. Fact is at this point they need to just let us skip the stupid instances, so we can finally move on til they fix it.

The funniest part is the white knights saying "its just early access". Like its going to be better when MORE people show up on the 20th. IMO biggest xpac failure of all time.

People in my FC have already managed level 68 despite these issues.

Maybe this was the goal all along. After 33 hours of frustration I decided to take my free tranfer to the new server Omega and was able to finish this quest on my first attempt.

Have you played many other mmo games. This is par for the course with mmo games. At least people can log in and play. When warlords of draenor ( world of warcraft ) launched you had to wait in an 8 hour line just to log in for the first week. I got in before that and stayed logged in through some...... creative methods. So IMO this is not that bad.
