Best Served with Cold Steel Quest Broken

Bad Design. Bad planning. False advertising. Bad communication. Square is one of the few companies I have seen that actually get worse the more experience they get. This is the THIRD xpac. All had terrible issues at launch.... but never THIS bad. Lets just face it. We got scammed.

I am also extremely disappointed with the launch of SB. Half of my friends and FC have been able to get through Best Served With Cold Feet and have been able to advance through SB content....half of us, including myself, have been stuck unable to advance, spending hours trying to get into the quest, limited to Fates and HW/ARR dungeons. This gives some people an unfair disadvantage as we head into day 2 with still no resolution.

Figure out a way to have people queue for these solo scenarios instead of making us stand there like cattle trying to luck spam our way past him. Make them queueable and let us go off and fate level until our queue pops and it's our turn for the solo scenario instance.

Do SOMETHING as an interim fix other than "tee hee, try again later" so that people can play the game we all payed to play.

Give us ALL the option to explore SB content.

This also happened when 2.0 was launched on US servers. People couldn't play the game, because they didn't expected that there would be so many people playing it at the launch. But how could they have not expect it, when they know exactly how many copies were purchased? They just underestimated their non-japanese player base, which is their MAJOR player base BTW.

Yoshi-P was on a night party with the developers when they told him what was going on occidental servers... TWO DAYS after no players being able to play the game. What this show to us is that they just release it and then they don't stay for at least a couple hours after release, to see if anything went wrong. They go to a freaking party and the community managers only notifies them 2 days later.
Bugs and other unexpected problems are, ironically, EXPECTED to pop-up after the launch of any major MMO game. What I don't believe is that they're "working on the problem" for the past 30 hours. I know they'll eventually solve the issue, but what weren't they on alert for it on its release? This show little respect for their costumers and fans.

So I've been sitting in front for best served with cold steel for about 8 to 10 hours total and still haven't be able to get though how absolutely disappointing. Won't be trying early access again.

WE STILL PAID TO PLAY IT THATS THE POINT. Just like all those other people that got though and now have an unfair advantage over everyone else because "Try again later" LOL SE gets better and better every xpac

Well, it's a choice I guess, let everybody in and crash the whole damn game or let a few in and maintain its integrity.

Is this quest also having problems on the low population preferred worlds too?
