Funny we had the same problems at HW launch and by this time on launch day they were fixed. We didn't have instanced quest issues.. even before being put in a data center that's supposed to be better.. probably cuz it was cheaper for them now that they're having ISP issues now to boot. Funny how they didn't have the foresight to see this happening.. guess because they removed foresight skill... bring it back and use it
