
Exactly!! I spent money not on just the game but the subscription!!! We are wasting money that is spent into TIME! That is what the brown nosers are overlooking.These brown-nosers are possibly the worst part of this whole experience.
Here's the bottom line: Customers paid for a service. The service has not been provided. The customers are quite entitled to express their discontent with this state of affairs. If you're fine with forking over money to get nothing, that's great, but don't expect of us to feel the same way.

I just waited through a log in queue, one of several I shouldnt have been waiting through since Im logging in immediately after being kicked, which means I should have like instant priority, and i got disconnected at the load screen, trying to get back on my character, im in position 300 or so.....
The simple fact of the matter is there are ways to stress test things before you launch the game, they clearly didnt do that and in all honesty, it feels like they are using the Early Access for that, when by all rights we the people with Early Access, who paid for that Early Access, have the right to a smooth run of it.
