2. This is an MMO. Sh*t happens when things get first released.
3. Everybody who on the 20th is pretty much playing now (and the ones who are not buying the game until the 20th, I am pretty sure the issues will be worked out. It has been worked out after every expansion early release)
4. Yoshi already apologized and his apologies are sincere. They are working on it
