Questions regarding Stormblood Pre-orders or Collector's Edition

So I preordered on Tuesday, got a confirmation email(no code in it btw) and the product shows as validated on my account page. When I hit "Unlock Code" it takes me to a page to download the client for the game.

It does state "When applicable, use the DOWNLOAD button to download your product and click UNLOCK THE ACTIVATION KEY to obtain your activation key." However, there is no button for me to "UNLOCK THE ACTIVATION KEY". Just wondering if anyone who pre-ordered through SE Store got their keys yet, or will they be distributed at 2AM PDT when EA starts?

Everything you didn't get I got. Recommend that you verify that you payment went through. I received my pre-order keys right after ordering. Log into the store and go to "My Orders" page. It should show you order with an "Unlock Code" link below the name. click on the and it will give you the early access code

So, for Amazon.com PC digital download customers in North America, we are still sitting around hoping we'll get our early access code email when it's physically June 16th across most of the globe? Or is it time to bail on Amazon coming through?

I'm using the German store but I assume language aside they're working the same way.
After hitting the green "unlock code" box on my order details it just went away refreshing the page, now it shows me the same EA code I was emailed last week underneath the black "instructions" button.

If you didn't get the email and don't get a code I guess something somewhere went wrong and you didn't get an EA code associated with your order.
Best poke the support staff about that.
Just to double check, you ordered Stormblood and not the Complete Edition (which does not qualify for Early Access)?

I ordered FFXIV Complete for Mac, but have not received a code to download the game, nor does it show on my Mogstation account. Are they not emailing the download code until the 20th? I have so-so internet, and wanted to get the client on my machine, or at least start the download early enough so that I am able to play on Mac at release.

Is that because i have access to the code features already or is it just two different things.

so... issues here, i hope someone can help.

i had my pre-order placed at GameStop like 2 months ago. i only just paid today, the day Early Access started. normally GameStop issues a code on the receipt. or even sometimes through e-mail. but today i don't receive it through either method.

the man at GameStop said it should be emailed, but all day it still isn't here. later i call support center and they tell me that they don't distribute pre-order code, because Square Enix does it differently.

so, i call Square Enix... and they tell me they don't handle it either. i bought the game from GameStop, so ask them.



EXACTLY how do i get it? GameStop says Square Enix gives to me... and Square Enix says get it from GameStop. very annoying. please help!

If you bought the game from gamestop then gamestop is the one responsible for giving you a EA code. But I'm not surprised as gamestop is horrible company.
