    There may be some less visible calculations going on as well.

    From a debuffing standpoint, I would think that landing the debuff is more important than increased potency of a debuff that lands less often. For that reason, I think Mind and Magic Accuracy, would be important in this scenario.

    Mahogany Pattens (I decided to put 2 Hells' Fist III's for a total of +18 Magic Attack Potency)
    (make sure they are uncoloured as the coloured pair are Doh only)( I'm at work but I am pretty sure you can attach MP to Feet here so you can easily do that also, and they come with a base stat of MP +10 also which helps)

    Boarskin Ringband of W/E Ele ( Pre much only Materia of importance you could put on these would be Sagacious Might Materia) or Dated Toadskin Mitts ( They do give +27 MP but not able to Meld Materia to it so )

    Accessories = X3 MND +7 Rings or X3 +7 Piety Rings... or MP Wristbands

    This is my basic healing set.. I need new boots for it lol.. but other then that its pre much done besides trying to attach 2 Materia into each piece of gear that needs it..

    Also the Out of Sight Trait from Archer gives -10 Enmity, so Id look into getting that as well
    LOL I'm not arguing with your set up because a conj can benifit from all the extra MP. But you make it sound like putting 2 Tier III materia into an item is that ez. With a 28% chance of success, unless you have tons of gil to toss around its a bit risky dont ya think?

    Not sayig its easy, its just easy for me having all my DoH/DoL jobs leveled. It has taken me about five to seven attempts each piece to double IV meld my mage set. It is very risky and do not see the average player trying this for some time on a whole set. Mage materia is on the cheaper side and it still costs me about 500k - 750k in blown materia to get what I want. There are some pieces I have double III melded because there is no way I am attempting a 1.5M attempt at double IVs. With that all being said when I double meld say a high II with a III (making stats better then the high IV) I can get it pretty quick, usually in under three attempts. I think within the month double melded sets will become common place for non casual players with hardcore players having triple meld. I am 0/4 on triple IV attempts.
