• shadowflare is not a nerf (it's on an ogcd, replace the two gcds with broil2 and calculate the potency yourself)
• bane, miasma2, blizz2 is a nerf, but inconsequential in raids
• chain strat blows whm dps out of the water (all crit chance buffs are additive right now, so this is most probably additive too)
• excog is a pure buff
• sch utility is still irreplaceable (fey illum, fey cov, deploy, etc.)
• schs are getting cross-class skills for FREE (divine seal, shroud of saints)

only bad healer is whm and they aren't nerfed, just not buffed enough

Yes, 20 fey points -> 480 x 2 = 960 pot

20 fey points is accumulated via 2 AF actions. You get 3 AF actions per minute (more AF actions if you include the free 3 AF actions in your opener).

It would make absolute ZERO sense for it to be 480 potency across 100 fey points (that would make this be the most useless skill ever). So it is almost definitely going to act like a HoT (and if it is an HoT according the game logic Fey Union would be even further buffed by SpS).

Please re-read the tooltips. Fey Union is NOT a fairy action. If you want to argue you'd better bring better arguments than that.

And no Earthly Star and Fey Union are to be used completely differently so this comparison between the two makes zero sense. Pretend we have a lv70 A12S, you'd use Fey Union for Prey and tankbusters, and Earthly Star for Mega Holy.... You don't use them the same way so any comparison is meaningless.
