What is the math behind this statement? 3s of Fey Union = 480 potency = 10 Fey Points, and cancelling after two procs (or whenever your gauge goes down by 20)? Are we sure this is how it works?
Yes, 20 fey points -> 480 x 2 = 960 pot
20 fey points is accumulated via 2 AF actions. You get 3 AF actions per minute (more AF actions if you include the free 3 AF actions in your opener).
It would make absolute ZERO sense for it to be 480 potency across 100 fey points (that would make this be the most useless skill ever). So it is almost definitely going to act like a HoT (and if it is an HoT according the game logic Fey Union would be even further buffed by SpS).
I think as a Healer, Scholar can still function just fine with its new tools. But there's really no acceptable explanation or justification for the removal of its AoE damage. It literally can't do anything in dungeons now.
nvm, someone decided to ninja-edit
