It doesn't really matter how many pages of people there are here saying they'd join a learning party to help people. The end result for me regardless has been a lot of wasted time with parties that don't fill, people who join only to leave again because the party isn't filling fast enough, etc.

Have you considered that learning and clearing parties will get a lot more traffic now that people can't sneak into farms to try and get their clear?

Possibly. But if raid finder is any indication, there could be less. Once people got their clear, they clicked duty complete every time. That made a smaller pool of players queuing for learning parties that never filled. Time will tell.
